Day 68 – Bikini Body Mommy Challenge (www.bikinibodymommy.com)

So as I’ve been saying for the last few days, my back is a bit messed up again. I did however get a workout in…. It was shoveling a crap ton of snow. A good workout… But maybe not the best idea for me. I am in a lot more pain. Is this a sign of aging?!!? YIKES!

WHAT TO DO: Think of this workout as a game against the clock! Complete each exercise for 1 Full Minute. Give it all you’ve got!!! After you complete the exercise, REST for 1 MINUTE — record how many reps you completed, then move on to the next exercise, and REPEAT. ***It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you don’t rest for more than 1 MINUTE in between exercises.
