90 Day Challenge – Day 66

Day 66 – Bikini Body Mommy Challenge (www.bikinibodymommy.com)

I feel as though life is just crashing down around me. If I have time, I am sick… if I am fine, I don’t have time. and on a day that I feel fine, and although Ive been running about like crazy with my daughter all day, I was going to make some time this evening… I screwed up at some point this afternoon and I can’t turn my head without it hurting.  I am disappointed in myself, and I hope that this doesn’t last too long. Trying to rest really doesn’t work very well when you have a 2 year old. I may be hurt, but that doesn’t stop a kid from asking you to play all day with them… you cant really say no… especially when hubby is away. Life must go on.

WHAT TO DO: Think of this workout as a game against the clock! Complete each exercise for 1 Full Minute. Give it all you’ve got!!! After you complete the exercise, REST for 1 MINUTE — record how many reps you completed, then move on to the next exercise, and REPEAT. ***It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you don’t rest for more than 1 MINUTE in between exercises.
