Day 64 – Bikini Body Mommy Challenge (www.bikinibodymommy.com)

So I am sick… like head throbbing, body shaking, mind foggy sore throat miserable sick. I have been pumped up on meds all day and barely remembered about this blog post… obviously I did not workout today… I barely moved or ate or took care of the kid… I just put movies on and rested.  I hope I am better soon… 😦

WHAT TO DO: Think of this workout as a game against the clock! Complete each exercise for 1 Full Minute. Give it all you’ve got!!! After you complete the exercise, REST for 1 MINUTE — record how many reps you completed, then move on to the next exercise, and REPEAT. ***It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you don’t rest for more than 1 MINUTE in between exercises.
