Perform all 6 exercises in the series, then REPEAT for a total of 3 SETS!

How I did today:

Here are my results. I didn’t finish. But I do feel good about today.  I had to stop because I started getting very light headed, even with extra breaks. So… that’s enough for my body today! We will try again next time 🙂

1) 61 – 67 – 65

2) 45 – 42 – 45

3) 15–the jumping is a little too rough for me, I noticed landing was jerking my back and creating a not to nice of a feeling. I stopped after about 40 sec0nds and wont do this one again.

4) 27- 31 – 14(STOP)

5) 18- 20 –

6) 60- 68 –
