Ok… so when a video says abs on fire…. it means it! Today it wasn’t really a cardio video… but it was hard! I think I’m just going to lay here a while….

Another day. Another workout.

How I did today:

Today went smoothly.  Once again I didn’t use the weights. As well, I did not do the leg lifts. I did replace these with regular squats, and a modified elbow plank.

Another cardio day…. and since it hasnt snowed… that means youtube video day!

How I did today:

So Ifound this video today called spring break workout or something I am not sure, it was just some girl in her under-furnished living room. She had more energy than ive ever seen in my life. go go go! Well anyhow, I did most of her cardio workout. I had some trouble with some bits but luckily she offered a less experienced alternative! breathing hard and sweaty! wahoo!

Fitness test day! Day 45 = HALF WAY! and to think I almost forgot about the workout today.  It seems like since the hubby left, my mind has been so scattered and busy.  But here we go!

How I did today:

So here are my results for today’s fitness test:

1. SPEED SQUATS – 52
2. HIGH KNEES – 96
3. PUSH UPS –35
4. SQUAT JUMPS – 31
5. TRICEP DIPS – 34
6. BURPEES – 14
7. ALTERNATING LUNGES – 29
8. ELBOW PLANK -50 seconds

For the most part i really really really pushed myself. by the time i got to burpees , I was feeling pretty tired. I am pleased with today tho! How did you do?

How I did today:

well since I am not running, and with the weather like is has been…. -15 YUCK~!! and all the snow. I took this opportunity to shovel out my parking stall. I now have the nicest parking spot in the complex….Who would think you would work up such a sweat outside in the cold with a little shoveling… well you do! 🙂 Maybe itll snow again so I can do it again in a few days…. err did I just say that?

How I did today:

So today went for the most part not too bad. I started out pretty good. I didn’t do the triceps extensions as i was afraid of hurting my back. so i simply did squats. I don’t mind squats at all. the blank hold .. well that was today’s downfall. I went to do the food lift.. and something popped in my knee and hurt! soooooo maybe my body doesn’t move like that… or I don’t know, but with how easily I injure myself I didn’t push it.  Have I mentioned I like squats?! 🙂
