90 Day Challenge – Day 24

Day 24 – Bikini Body Mommy Challenge (www.bikinibodymommy.com)

Alright, so lets try this one again! Supposedly we have to do the 5 workouts 3 times total…. Lets see if I can Pace myself to make it… I only did it once last time, if I do twice… Ill be happy!!

How I did today:

ok, so I didn’t make it to three times.  But I made it to twice! I find this week the hardest yet in the challenges.,… perhaps I shouldn’t have been so quick to judge the burpees. LOL.  I feel as though i did pretty well today, and hopefully next time I will have the strength and endurance to make it to the third round! I feel like Jelly! that’s a good thing right?

2. TEETER-TOTTER LUNGES 40/41 – 40/40
3. 3-PART SHOULDER SERIES 19 – 23
4. BENT-OVER ROWS  43 50
5. EXTENDED PLANK 65seconds – 85 seconds

    I did three times last time, but I paced myself and ensured correct form. Today I am super sore so we’ll see how we’ll I do today
