90 Day Challenge – Day 19

Day 19 – Bikini Body Mommy Challenge (www.bikinibodymommy.com)

So here we go YET again… the new big 8. We are either improving or feeling like we are dying…maybe both??

Give it all you’ve got, then rest and record how many reps you completed. After you complete the given exercise, REST for 1 MINUTE — then move on to the next exercise, and REPEAT.

4. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
5. BICEP CURL “3 REP ROUNDERS”
6. STEP-UPS
7. STRAIT-LEG SQUAT THRUSTS
8. HUNDREDS

***It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you don’t rest for more than 1 MINUTE in between exercises.

How I did today:

I feel like a broken record, I am still not really feeling better. But I am still trying to give it all I can.  Today I once again skipped the #7 set on the workout. I think that would be still pushing myself too far, as by the time I get to #7, i am already feeling quite ill.  Also a moderation i made today is instead of using a chair for the step ups, I used a step bench, and pumped out double what I would normally ( expected as its half the size)  But I felt stable and a lot safer.  so now, I am going to sit here and rest a few minutes and wait for the dizzy to back off and then its time to get on with the day! 🙂

    It’s the lunge knee ups that kill me!! Also the straight leg squat thrusts. By the time I get to #7 they look pretty pathetic. I’ll be doing this one very late tonight!! Relax and rest Miranda!! You are doing great. The fact that we are stilling sticking with this is fabulous.
