Today was a crazy day!  between Halloween and an extremely long Dr appointment for my daughter, I am exhausted. its a good thing i got my workout done FIRST THING this morning… too bad I forgot to put in my blog post earlier!!!

How I did today:

Since its cold out, and I am home alone with the baby this week, I opted again for the HIIT workout.  I did the exact same one as I did last time, and I think I did a lot better with it. Again by the end I was looking pretty pathetic, but I was out of breath and sweaty… I think that’s totally the point!  ❤

Alright, so lets try this one again! Supposedly we have to do the 5 workouts 3 times total…. Lets see if I can Pace myself to make it… I only did it once last time, if I do twice… Ill be happy!!

How I did today:

ok, so I didn’t make it to three times.  But I made it to twice! I find this week the hardest yet in the challenges.,… perhaps I shouldn’t have been so quick to judge the burpees. LOL.  I feel as though i did pretty well today, and hopefully next time I will have the strength and endurance to make it to the third round! I feel like Jelly! that’s a good thing right?

90 Day Challenge – Day 23

Day 23 – Bikini Body Mommy Challenge (www.bikinibodymommy.com)

Today is cardio day, usually its  nice enough out that I can just go for a run. Since the start of winter is here, its a bit cold for me to go out. Especially since I am home alone with the baby. Much too cold for her!  So today I think I will try the HIIT alternative.

How I did today:

So, I wasn’t sure what I should do… so I turned on my TV, and went to youtube. and looked up HIIT workouts. I know the directions on the bikinibodymommy site say to do 1 minute hiit, 1 minute rest and repeat 10 times … And since i couldn’t find something like that, i choose a 10 minute workout. The Youtube Channel I found the video on is momsintofitness . If anyone is interested in the link, I can find it for you.  Anyway, I feel as though that 10 minute workout was HARD, and I think I am more exhausted than if I went out for a run! I think now that its cold outside, I might YouTube HIIT videos and go from there on cardio days. I am still sweating from the workout and ive been done for over 10 minutes! Today is the first workout Ive had in a while, where I am not feeling to sick afterwards! Perhaps I am getting better! YAY!

Today was crazy! such a busy morning, tidying the house, bathing the kid, etc etc i actually forgot to do my workout first thing in the morning like I TRY to do.  I think i might have pulled something in my back yet again…. I have no idea what is going on with me lately. If I’m not sick, I’m injured.  Never the less, we have a new set of things to do this week… no more squat jumps, step ups, burpees, etc. This week we are using weights! I hope I am this excited about the workout after its finished! 😉

How I did today:

results: Ok, so now that I’m done, i see that its supposed to be done three times… I can tell you right now, that I would not have made it three times! I did it ONCE. I am exhausted. It might have to do with the three martinis i just had at dinner, or that I am exhausted from wedding dress shopping, or the bit of a pulled muscle i have once again in my back( I seriously thought that working out would help my back get stronger and get injured less…. )  Anyhow, I have it my all, my half cut all, but I am pleased with today, and I think I am going to feel the burn on my arms in the morning.  Also, my 2 minute plank! YAY! I could never make it longer than 50 seconds… and I just did two minutes… WAHOO~!

Rest DAY! It was a great day, hung out with my mom and aunt, went to a trade show.. then spent the rest of the day hanging out with the Family! Awesome day!

90 Day Challenge – Day 20

So for the past few weeks my mom has been visiting. So that means we are pretty much doing something everyday. Her and I are both certain that once she goes home we will hole up in the house and not go out for a LONG TIME.  We will see, LOL!

How I did today:

I have pretty much been failing at my challenge. I am STILL sick or something. So I’ve been walking.  Today, I would like to count the shopping I did with my mom ALL DAY! Which was very exhausting, and then i went for a 55 minute leisurely walk with the hubby. I had my fit-bit on me today, and the total steps it recorded was 10827( on my 4.9km run, its usually 6200 steps.) not too bad for a bit of shopping and a walk.  I am not feeling too great now, pretty tired and dizzy, but luckily its the end of the day, and I can just relax for the rest of it.

How I did today:

I feel like a broken record, I am still not really feeling better. But I am still trying to give it all I can.  Today I once again skipped the #7 set on the workout. I think that would be still pushing myself too far, as by the time I get to #7, i am already feeling quite ill.  Also a moderation i made today is instead of using a chair for the step ups, I used a step bench, and pumped out double what I would normally ( expected as its half the size)  But I felt stable and a lot safer.  so now, I am going to sit here and rest a few minutes and wait for the dizzy to back off and then its time to get on with the day! 🙂
