The best potato wedge fries! Nomnomnom

I don’t know if its because I was really really hungry, or if its because I am just amazing… But I just made the best fries/potato wedges in the world.

I am a little disappointed that I didn’t take pictures during the preparation. I was just too hungry and focused on getting them in the oven and cooked!

They are so easy to make.

Preheat the oven to 425

I used two potatoes. Washed them and left the skin on.

I cut them into wedges, not too thick.

Tossed them in olive oil.

I then placed them all on a foil lined baking sheet.

I then sprinkled garlic powder, paprika and salt on them.

I then baked them for 25 minutes, then flipped them and cooked them another 7 minutes.

I wish I would have made more…. Or that I wouldn’t have shared with Darcy. They were so good. Especially with my home made ketchup.
