Spaghetti squash spaghetti

I made spaghetti squash spaghetti last month for the first time. Emelyn loved it and I tolerated it. I did however think that Darcy would LOVE IT.

So today I made it again. And I was totally right!

Spaghetti squash spaghetti is very very easy to make!

Make your sauce however you like it. That is really the hardest part!

As for the squash, preheat the oven to 350, in a casserole dish pour in an inch of water. Cut the spaghetti squash in half, scoop out the seeds and middle gunk. Put it face down in the water. Toss in the oven for 45 minutes and voila! Take a fork, and pull out your spaghetti!

It is really as easy as that!
